Important Note: Please read this agreement carefully before using FXCheck (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"). Your use of the Application will be regarded as agreeing to be bound by all the terms of this agreement. If you disagree, please stop using it immediately.

I. Service Content

1. The Application is developed and operated by Extraordinary Tech LTD (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), providing enterprise information query services with data sourced from public APIs. The results are for reference only.

2. This service does not require user registration or login, and all features are freely available for use.

3. The Company reserves the right to adjust the service content according to legal regulations or business needs without further notice.

II. User Obligations

1. You agree:

(a) Comply with local laws and regulations when using the Application.

(b) Not to use the Application for illegal purposes (such as fraud, money laundering, infringing on others' rights, etc.).

(c) Not to attempt to crack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the normal operation of the Application.

2. You shall bear full legal responsibility for any violations of the above obligations.

III. Disclaimer

1. Data Accuracy: The enterprise information provided by the Application is based on public data. The Company does not guarantee its completeness, timeliness, or accuracy and does not bear any responsibility for any data inaccuracies.

2. Service Availability: The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to non-controllable factors such as system maintenance, network failures, etc.

3. Third-party Links: The Application may contain links to third-party websites or services; their content, privacy policies, and security are at the user's own risk; the Company neither endorses nor is responsible for them.

IV. Intellectual Property

1. The intellectual property rights of the Application's code, interface design, trademarks, etc., belong to the Company.

2. Without written authorization, you shall not copy, modify, rent, or use for competitive business purposes.

V. Privacy and Data Security

1. The Application does not collect any personal information. For specific rules, please refer to the "FXCheck Privacy Policy".

2. The enterprise query information you input through this Application will be processed in real time without retention. Detailed security measures are outlined in Section IV of the Privacy Policy.

VI. Children

This application is not intended for children under the age of 13. Guardians who discover children using this application should immediately contact support@extraordinarytechltd.com, and the Company will terminate the relevant services.

VII. Agreement Modification and Termination

1. The Company reserves the right to modify this agreement according to legal requirements or business needs, and the modification content will be announced through in-app announcement or official website.

2. If you continue to use the Application, it is deemed as acceptance of the amended agreement; if you disagree, you should stop using it.

3. If you violate this agreement (by abusing the service or infringing intellectual property), we can immediately terminate your access rights without prior notice.

VIII. Limitation of Liability

1. The Company is not responsible for your indirect loss (such as loss of profit, data loss, etc.).

2. As the Application provides free services, the Company makes no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability, reliability, and uninterruptibility of the services.

IX. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the location of the Company.
